Not only my first anime but also the only show ever that I've watched from the first episode to the last on the TV. I also collected those little figurines and plush toys and I even had a wallet with that orange winged thing on it! It's sort of weird that I don't remember its name since I still remember most of the Season One Pokemon (And there's like, 200 of them?) despite never really liking that show... (They made the poor adorable creatures fight with each other! All I saw was animal abuse!)
I think I'll rewatch this anime some day. I doubt I would think it was as amazing today as I did back then and it will be more out of nostalgia than anything else. I am sort of proud over having this as my first anime though. I prefer this to the usual alternatives: Pokemon and Sailor Moon
