Youtube + Google = Annoyance

Or rather the fact that the accounts are connectable. This would've been O.K. if there was a way to deactivate it but it's not.

Some of you might not see the problem with this but I have to e-mails.  I used one to sign up on youtube and later used the other one on blogger and now I have to switch between them every time I post something here and then visit youtube, which is pretty much any time I post something here.

My youtube account isn't really that special but I like having my old favorites playlist and such so I'd rather not switch account and well, I shouldn't have to! I mean how hard can it be to make "Remember me on blogger only" an option?

It seems that to some people being able to connect anything to everything and always being part of a social network regardless of site is practical and stuff but I don't really think my blog have anything to do with my blog and I have no interest in connecting one with the other. At the moment I am using Chrome for blogging (which is just as well because Opera seems to have some problems with loading the Stats on blogger) and Opera for Youtube.
Here's a random but funny picture The Rambler sent a while ago. Just so I won't have a pictureless post.
Also, note the posting time here. I'm not going back to scheduling all of my posts but I've decided that when I do posts scheduled posts I'll pick even times for them.

Why I Haven't Bought Dead Space 2

And no, not because I'm afraid my mom will hate it. My mother used to really like the Quake series and plays all sorts of video games so I really doubt she'd have a problem with a game being a little bit violent.

The thing is that if a game is trying to sell through telling us our mothers will hate it and that it's cool then it probably isn't that good of a game. Actually when all they have to say about it is that then it's like it doesn't even try to be a good game, it seems like it just aims at being as violent as possible like that's all a good game is and it really isn't.

I liked Dead Space 1 though I have yet to purchase it but sequels are generally not as good as their predecessor and that commercial pretty much proves it. There is no mention of what the game is about or anything, just that it's really violent and cool. Really, thinking people above the age of 15 (the game has got an 18+ rating) will buy the game for such silly reasons is stupid.

Day 27 - A manga you would never buy

Stuff like Negima! Okay, I bought it once upon a time after trusting the words of a lying friend and reading the very nondescript text on the back of the book but now I am smart enough to avoid such disastrous purchases. Hopefully.

I won't buy boring realistic stuff either, unless it's by accident.
Borrowed this one from Varelsen/The Creature once. Read like half of it, seemed pointless

Day 08 - The most annoying character

Allen Walker [D. Gray Man]
Just Allen Walker. Everybody loves him, both in universe and in real life. He's just so bland! Everyone keeps talking about how cute he is and all  that and just ignores that he's just a classic generic shonen hero (nice guy type) who scores over 70 points at the universal Mary Sue Test (anything over 50 points is considered mega sue). Now I can't really tell people not to like a character just because said character is cute since I listed Kotomi on my favorite characters list for that exact reason (Well, not the same reason if you actually find Allen attractive and not just cute, which most fangirls probably do... So yeah, not the same at all actually but the same principle of liking a character for stupid reasons) the point is simply that he's not even a little cute, just another boring invincible marty stu hero.
Is this really cute enough to make up for a lack of realistic and/or interesting personality? Like really? He looks just like any other character but with a weird scar on his face.

Hinagiku Katsura [Hayate The Combat Butler]

Another Mary Sue everyone loves. The most popular character of the freaking series! Her profile even says she's good at everything. Also I find her bossy and annoying and she steals the spotlight from other characters, I dropped the series once she became a central character.

Sasuke Uchiha [Naruto]
He's not quite a mary sue since he's completely unsympathetic by now but Kishimoto is in love with him so he'll still get a disproportionate amount of attention and live forever. At least this is a character that a lot of other people also find annoying, making it somewhat easier to accept!

Then there are certain types of characters I dislike, the generic stupid chick and damsel in distress and those creepy murderous possesive boyfriends of shojo heroines always fall for despite there being like 1000 other kind and sane men to choose from (like Kaname from Vampire Knight and Blood Dupree from Heart no Kuni no Alice, ugh!)
